1. हमारा पूरा बिजनेस कस्टमाइज (Text/Photo) का है, कस्टमाइज बिजनेस में अगर हम COD प्रोवाइड करेंगे और वो पार्सल रिटर्न आया तो वो प्रोडक्ट हमारे लिए रियूजेबल नहीं है।
2. जब हमने COD चालू किया था तब हमें ये प्रॉब्लम फेस हुई थी की कुछ कस्टमर्स ऐसे है जो COD ऑर्डर करके बाद में कैंसल कर देते तब तक हमारा प्रोडक्ट बन चुका होता और 1 इशू ये भी था कि कस्टमर के घर पर जब पहुंच जाता है प्रोडक्ट तब कस्टमर लेने से ना बोल देता है तो वो रिटर्न आ जाता है और वो हमारे लिए कोई युस्का रियूजेबल नहीं है।
3. कुरियर कंपनी कैश कलेक्शन चार्जेज (Min 45 Rs) लेती है COD ऑर्डर्स के लिए तो 10% COD ऑर्डर्स के लिए हम 90% कस्टमर को Price का बर्डन नहीं देना चाहते इसलिए हम COD प्रोवाइड नहीं करते। COD चार्जेस एक्स्ट्रा लगणे से प्रॉडक्ट की किमत बढ जाती है ।
