1. Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimer
GB eCart is an independent print-on-demand service provider based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We print personalized items tailored specifically for fan-expression, independent network promoters, and community support groups.
2. User Content & Design Layout Approvals
When you upload or share custom family photos, graphic layouts, or texts with us for custom printing, you affirm that you own the necessary permissions to use that material. We strictly retain the operational right to request design approvals before final fulfillment. If a customer fails to reply to our mockup verification messages within 48 hours, we reserve the right to process the order using standard baseline alignment layouts to ensure delivery timelines.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Exclusion
Due to the hyper-personalized nature of our printing operations, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All transactions must be completed using our secure online checkout gateway managed by Razorpay. Orders without 100% advance clearance will not be sent to the print bed.
4. Jurisdiction and Disputes
These terms and all commercial service obligations are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, chargeback complaint, or arbitration issue arising out of transactions with GB eCart shall be resolved strictly within the exclusive judicial courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
