2. Order Processing & Design Approval Lifecycle
Unlike regular e-commerce portals that ship instantly from a warehouse shelf, our custom-printing cycle relies heavily on your direct inputs:
- Design Approval Phase: Before pushing your item to physical printing, our team creates a digital mockup layout and shares it with you via WhatsApp/Email. Production starts ONLY after you give explicit approval.
- Production Window: Once approved, printing, quality checking, packaging, and curing take 1 to 2 business days at our secure Nagpur facility.
3. Final Logistics & Delivery Timelines
Post-dispatch, shipments are handed over to premium courier partners. The standard delivery windows are as follows:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Towns & Regional Locations): 5 to 7 business days.
- Remote/North-East Regions: 7 to 10 business days.
